Semolina Pan Cake


Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Semolina (sooji)
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 Green Chilies chopped
  • 1 Cucumber chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Black pepper crushed
  • 1/4 cup Kasoori methi
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 2 teaspoon Salt (as per taste)
  • Oil for fry

Direction:
  1. Mix semolina and curd,with the use of water make smooth batter like a dosa batter.
  2. Add salt,black pepper and kasoori methi and mix it well. Let it sit for 30 minute.
  3. In another bowl mix onion, green chilies and cucumber.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan or tawa, drop 1/2 teaspoon oil on it.
  5. Pour a ladle of batter on it in a round circle. Put 1 teaspoon oil in the sides of pancake.
  6. Sprinkle onion mixture on it,and cook until turns golden brown from back side.
  7. After that flip it another side and cook it another side for 1 minute.
  8. Served hot with sauce and chutney.
