Ingredients:For Oreo Cupcake
- 7 Oreo (1 side twisted off and reserved for frosting)
- 3/4 cup+1.5 tablespoon All purpose flour (maida)
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 1/4 cup Hot water
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 3/4 teaspoon Baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon Baking soda
- 3 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit (180 degree Celsius).
- Take a muffin tray for cupcakes. Put molds in the cup cake slots and place 1 Oreo (cream side up) in each mold.
- Stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda in bowl.
- In a another bowl,combine sugar,milk, oil and vanilla, blend at low speed.
- Add flour mixture in milk oil batter and beat on medium speed for 1 minute.
- Add hot water and mix it well.
- Fill around 3/4 of the molds with the batter
- Bake it for 10 to 15 minutes or until toothpick test is passed.
- Decorate with Oreo frosting.
- 3/4 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon Powdered Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Oreo Crumbs(make it from reserved Oreo)
- Take heavy whipping cream in a bowl,add sugar and Whip it till you get soft peaks using hand blender.
- After that add oreo crumbs and again beat it for 10-20 seconds.
