Ingredients:
- 8 Bread slice (Wheat or White)
- 2 cup Mashed Potato
- 1/2 cup Peas
- 1/2 cup Cilantro chopped
- 2 teaspoon Red Chili powder
- 1&1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 2 teaspoon Salt (as per taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1&1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 Green Chilies chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- Preheat the oven for 5 minute at 350 degree Fahrenheit.
- Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, mustard seeds.
- When cumin seeds starts cracking, add green chili and fry for 1 minute.
- After that add green peas,turmeric powder and salt and fry for another 1 minute.
- Add mashed potato,red chili powder,garam masala and lemon juice.Mix it well.
- Fry the mixture on medium heat for 2 minute.Turn off the heat.
- Take out the edges of the bread with the help of knife.
- Roll the bread slice sightly with the help of rolling pin or chapati roller.
- Then add 1&1/2 tablespoon stuffing in between and seal it completely on all the sides.
- Apply ghee on all the sides on bread roll.
- Put the bread roll in preheated oven, bake it for 5-7 minutes
- Now turn the bread roll to other side and bake it again for 5-7 minutes
- Make sure that bread roll has turned golden brown from all sides, otherwise bake it for some more time.
- Serve hot with any chutney and sauce.
