Ingredients:
- 4 Bread Slices
- 2 cups Milk
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Saffron strands
- 1 tablespoon Slivered almonds&pistachioes
- 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- Boil the milk on medium flame. Keep stirring till reduced to half.
- Take 2 tbsp of warm milk, add saffron strands and crush it well.
- Add the saffron milk to the boiling milk and keep stirring. Then add the sugar and keep stirring.
- Once the rabri is thick switch it off and refrigerate it.
- Take bread slices cut in round shape with katori in small circles.
- At the time of serving add the rabri and drop the bread rounds.
