Eggless Chocolate Cake


Ingredients:
  • 1&1/2 cup All purpose flour (maida)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 1&1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 3 tablespoon Coco powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Direction:
  1. Grease the 6*2 inch baking pan with butter,sprinkle flour on pan.
  2. Take a bowl add water,vanilla extract,sugar,lemon juice and oil.Mix it well till sugar completely dissolves.
  3. Take another bowl sieve flour,baking soda,salt and coco powder,and mix it well.
  4. Then add the flour mixture in wet ingredients mixture slowly-slowly, mix till there is no lumps.
  5. Pour the batter into the grease pan. 
  6. Bake it at 350 deg F & 180 deg C for 30-35 mins or insert toothpick it comes out clean.
Ingredients:For Frosting
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1&1/2 cups confectioners (powdered) sugar
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract 
  • 3 teaspoon  milk 
    Direction:
  1. Beat butter for a few minutes on medium speed
  2. Sift powdered sugar and cocoa into the butter mixture bowl. 
  3. Beat the mixture on the low speed until the sugar and cocoa are absorbed by the butter. 
  4. Increase speed to medium and add vanilla extract and add milk and beat for 3 minutes.
