Ingredients:
- 1&1/2 cup All purpose flour (maida)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 1&1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 3 tablespoon Coco powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- Grease the 6*2 inch baking pan with butter,sprinkle flour on pan.
- Take a bowl add water,vanilla extract,sugar,lemon juice and oil.Mix it well till sugar completely dissolves.
- Take another bowl sieve flour,baking soda,salt and coco powder,and mix it well.
- Then add the flour mixture in wet ingredients mixture slowly-slowly, mix till there is no lumps.
- Pour the batter into the grease pan.
- Bake it at 350 deg F & 180 deg C for 30-35 mins or insert toothpick it comes out clean.
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1&1/2 cups confectioners (powdered) sugar
- 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 teaspoon milk
Direction:
- Beat butter for a few minutes on medium speed
- Sift powdered sugar and cocoa into the butter mixture bowl.
- Beat the mixture on the low speed until the sugar and cocoa are absorbed by the butter.
- Increase speed to medium and add vanilla extract and add milk and beat for 3 minutes.
