Baked Atta Mathis


Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Wheat flour(atta)
  • 1/2 cup Gram flour(besan)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon Kasoori methi
  • 1/2 cup chopped Spinach(palak)
  • 3 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1/4 teaspoon Asfoetida
  • 2 teaspoon Salt (as per taste)
  • 4 tablespoon Water
Direction:
  1. Preheat the oven 250 deg Fahrenheit or 120 deg Celsius
  2. Mix all the ingredients and make a stiff dough with the help of water.
  3. Divide the dough in equal sized ball.
  4. Roll out into 2 inch diameter.
  5. Prick them with a fork.
  6. Arrange them on greased baking tray and bake it for 5-7 minute and flip them over
  7. Again bake it for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Make sure that both sides turns golden brown after baking, otherwise bake it for few more minutes
