Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Wheat flour(atta)
- 1/2 cup Gram flour(besan)
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Kasoori methi
- 1/2 cup chopped Spinach(palak)
- 3 tablespoon Ghee
- 1/4 teaspoon Asfoetida
- 2 teaspoon Salt (as per taste)
- 4 tablespoon Water
- Preheat the oven 250 deg Fahrenheit or 120 deg Celsius
- Mix all the ingredients and make a stiff dough with the help of water.
- Divide the dough in equal sized ball.
- Roll out into 2 inch diameter.
- Prick them with a fork.
- Arrange them on greased baking tray and bake it for 5-7 minute and flip them over
- Again bake it for 5-7 minutes.
- Make sure that both sides turns golden brown after baking, otherwise bake it for few more minutes
