Ingredients:
1&1/2 cup Rice
1 medium size Red Capsicum
1 medium size Green Capsicum
1 medium size Yellow Capsicum
2 Carrot shredded
2 Tablespoon Ginger
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin seeds
2 Green Chilies chopped
3 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
3 Tablespoon Red chili sauce
2 Tablespoon oil
Salt adjust to taste
Direction:
- Boil rice.
- Take a heavy pan heat the oil.
- When oil is hot add cumin seeds.
- After that add ginger, green chilies for 2-3 minute.
- Add carrot, all capsicum and salt.
- Fry for 4-5 minute.
- After that add both sauce and fry for 2-3 minute.
- Add boiled rice mix well.
