Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Cashewnut Powder
- 1/4 cup Milk Powder
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup+1 tablespoon Powdered Sugar
Direction:
- Mix all the ingredients in microwave safe bowl and microwave it for 1 minute and stir between 30 seconds.
- Keep aside and let it cool down.
- Divide dough in equal parts and roll in round shape like peda from it.
- Garnish with pistachio.
