Ingredients:
- 2&1/2 cup Milk
- 1/3 cup Rice
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 1 tablespoon sliced almond&pistachios
- Few strands of saffron
- Soak rice for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour drain the rice and grind the rice to make a paste.
- Boil the milk.Add rice paste dissolved in a little water.
- Boil till rice is completely cooked, stirring constantly.
- Add saffron and mix well. Add sugar and cardamom powder and cook till sugar is completely dissolved.
- Chill in a refrigerator for an hour before serving.
