*****Time for light snacks...Try Sanja*****

Ingredients:

  • 1&1/2 cup Sooji
  • 3 cup Hot Water
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 Green Chilies chopped
  • 2 Curry Leaves
  • 1/4 cup Peanuts
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Oil 
Method:

  1. Roast sooji till it gets light golden color.
  2.  Heat up oil in a pan, add peanuts and fry till it gets brown color. 
  3.  Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Curry leaves, onions and cook for 10-12 mts.
  4.  Add green chilies, turmeric powder, sooji and hot water slowly.
  5.  Add some salt and cook for 5 mts.
