Eggless Vanilla Cake with Chocolate Chips


Ingredients:
  • 1&1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 cup Yogurt (curd)
  • 1/2 cup Sugar  (if you want more sweet..just add 2 teaspoon more)
  • 1/2 cup Cooking Oil
  • 1/3 cup Chocolate Chips 
Direction:
  1. Preheat the oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit for 2-3 minute before the batter is ready.
  2. Grease a 10 inch bundt pan with butter and dust with flour.
  3. Take a bowl and sieve all purpose flour,baking powder and baking soda together,mix it well.
  4. In a another bowl blend sugar and yogurt together til it turns creamy.
  5. After that add cooking oil and vanilla extract,blend at low speed.
  6. Add small-small amount of dry ingredients in creamy batter.Mix it well at low speed.
  7. Add chocolate chips in batter and mix it well,with the help of spoon not from blender. 
  8. Pour the batter in greased baking tray and bake it for 20-25 minute or until toothpick test is passed.


Note: These ingredients are good for 8 inch round baking tray.
