Ingredients:
- 1 cup Besan (gram flour)
- 1/3 cup Ghee
- 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- Slivered almonds& pistachioes for garnishing
- Melt the ghee in microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds.
- After that add besan in it and mix it well.
- Microwave it for 4 minutes, stirring after every 1 minute.
- Microwave for another minute stirring once after 30 seconds.
- Let the mixture cool down,then add sugar powder and cardamom powder. Mix it well.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and make ladoo from it.
