Eggless Tutti Frutti


Ingredients:
  • 1&1/4 cup All purpose flour (Maida)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Tutti frutti
  • 1/4 cup Cashew-nut chopped
Direction:
  1. Preheat the oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit or 180 degree Celsius.
  2. Grease the 8 inch baking tray with butter and dust with some flour.
  3. Melt the butter and mix it with sugar till it turns creamy with the help of blender at low speed.
  4. In a another bowl sieve flour,baking powder and baking soda. Mix it well.
  5. Add flour mixture in creamy batter with milk  and mix it well at low speed.
  6. After that add vanilla extract and mix it well.
  7. Add tutti frutti and cashew-nut mix it well.
  8. Pour the batter in greased tray and bake it for 25-30 minute or until toothpick test is passed.
