Eggless Tutti Frutti
Ingredients:
- 1&1/4 cup All purpose flour (Maida)
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 cup Tutti frutti
- 1/4 cup Cashew-nut chopped
Direction:
- Preheat the oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit or 180 degree Celsius.
- Grease the 8 inch baking tray with butter and dust with some flour.
- Melt the butter and mix it with sugar till it turns creamy with the help of blender at low speed.
- In a another bowl sieve flour,baking powder and baking soda. Mix it well.
- Add flour mixture in creamy batter with milk and mix it well at low speed.
- After that add vanilla extract and mix it well.
- Add tutti frutti and cashew-nut mix it well.
- Pour the batter in greased tray and bake it for 25-30 minute or until toothpick test is passed.
