Ingredients:
- 2&1/2 cups Grated Carrot
- 2&1/2 cups Milk
- 1 tablespoon Ghee
- 1/4 cup+2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon almonds & pistachios (for garnishing)
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- Few strands of Saffron (optional)
- Melt ghee in a microwave safe dish for 10 seconds.
- Add grated carrot in it and cover with a lid, fry for 2 minute.
- After that add milk in it and cover with a lid and microwave it for 25-30 minute,stirring after every 5 minute or until milk dries up.
- Then add sugar,cardamom powder, saffron and cover with a lid microwave for another 5 minute,stirring after every 1 minute.
- Garnish it with sliced almonds and pistachios.
- Serve hot or at normal temperature.
