Ingredients:
- 100 grams whole wheat noodles or spaghetti
- 1 medium sized onion-cut into thin slices
- 1 medium sized capiscum-cut into thin strips
- 1 carrot-cut into thin slices
- 1&1/2 cup cabbage-cut into thin slices
- 4 tablespoon Oil
- 4-5 tablespoon Soya sauce
- 4-5 tablespoon Chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoon White pepper
- Salt as per taste
Direction:
- Take 3 cups of water, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon oil in a microwave safe deep bowl and cover with lid microwave it for 6 minute or until it boils.
- Add noodles and mix it well.Microwave uncovered for 3 minute.
- Let it be in hot water for 5-6 minute or it soft.
- Grease the tray with 1 tablespoon oil and spread the noodles on it after 5-6 minute.
- In another flat microwave safe dish put 2 tablespoon oil and microwave for 30 seconds.
- Add onion,capiscum and carrot cover with lid and microwave it for 5 minute.
- Add cabbage,put 1/2 teaspoon salt in it and white pepper cover with lid and microwave it for 1 minute.
- After that add noodles,soya sauce and chilli sauce mix it well.
- Microwave it for 3 minute.
- Serve hot..
Note:Sauce and Salt adjust as per your taste.
