Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Whole Wheat flour (atta)
- 1/2 cup All Purpose flour (maida)
- 1 teaspoon Carom seeds (ajwain)
- 1/4 cup Ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/4 cup+2 tablespoon Water
- Salt as per taste
- Take a bowl mix both the flour,carom seeds,baking powder and salt.
- Add ghee and rub it with fingertips to get crumby consistency.
- With the help of water make a stiff dough.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minute.
- Preheat the oven at 250 degree Fahrenheit and 120 degree Celsius.
- After 15 minute divide the dough in two equal parts.
- Roll out the dough into a half centimeter
- thick like chapati.
- Cut the rolled out dough into diamond shaped pieces.
- Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil and grease with ghee and place them on a baking tray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 -20 minute.
