Microwave Molten Chocolate Cake


Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoon All Purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 3 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 4 teaspoon Oil
  • Small piece of baking chocolate

Direction:

  1. Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa powder and baking soda.
  2. Add oil and water, mix it well.
  3. Grease a microwave safe bowl with oil. 
  4. Pour half the batter into the microwave safe bowl.
  5. Put piece of chocolate and push it into the center of the batter until it is completely covered. 
  6. Pour rest of the batter on the chocolate to cover it. 
  7. Microwave it for 30 seconds after that check it with toothpick,if toothpick does not come out clean,then microwave it for another 30 seconds.
