Eggless Banana Cupcakes



Ingredients:
  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 3 Bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts
Direction:
  • Preheat the oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit for 2-3 minute before batter is ready.
  •  Mix all purpose flour and baking soda.
  •  In another bowl mix butter and sugar. Then add the bananas,milk and vanilla extract.     
  •  Add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture. Mix it well
  •  Add Mixed nuts in batter and mix it.
  • Take a baking tray for cupcakes. Put molds in the cup cake slots.
  • Fill around half of the molds with the batter.
  • Bake it for about 10-15 minute or until toothpick test is pass.
