- 1&1/4 cup All purpose flour
- 3/4 cup Coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 3/4 cup +2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Yogurt (curd)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 2 cup Confectioner Sugar or Icing sugar
- 1&1/2 teaspoon Milk
- Preheat the oven to 350 deg Fahrenheit or 180 deg Celsius
- Sieve flour,baking powder,baking soda together and mix it well.
- In another bowl melt butter and mix it with sugar with help of a blender at low speed, till the mixture turns creamy
- Add curd in creamy batter and mix it at low speed.
- After that add milk and vanilla extract and mix it well.
- Add flour mixture in creamy batter and mix it well at low speed.
- Add coconut flakes mix it well.
- Take a baking tray for cupcakes. Put molds in the cup cake slots.
- Fill around half of the molds with the batter.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until toothpick test is passed.
- Take butter add icing sugar and milk.
- Now whisk using hand blender until it becomes fluffy and creamy.
