Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients:
  • 15 Oreo cookies 
  • 1 cup Cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup Whipping cream 
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice 
  • 1/3 cup Powder sugar (as per sweetness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence 
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter 
Direction:
  1. Blend 10 Oreo cookies to make a fine powder.
  2. Add melted butter into a powder, and mix it. 
  3. Press this firmly into the base of your glass or cheesecake tin. Refrigerate for half an hour.
  4. Take a hand blender and beat the cream until it forms soft peaks.
  5. In another bowl beat the cream cheese, lemon juice, sugar and vanilla together until its soft and fluffy. 
  6. Add whip cream to this mixture and beat again to mix.  
  7. Crush the remaining oreo cookies coarsely and mix into the cream cheese mixture. 
  8. Gently layer this mixture on top of the biscuit base which was refrigerated in step-3
  9. Refrigerate it for at least 5-6 hours and serve chilled.
