Ingredients:
- 1 cup Vermicelli roasted or Sevai
- 3 medium sized Tomato chopped
- 2 Green Chilli chopped
- 1/4 cup Peanut
- 1 spring Curry leaves
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1&1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- A pinch Asafoetida
- 2-3 teaspoon Lemon juice as per taste
- 2 cups Water
- Salt as per taste
- Fresh Cilantro for garnishing
Direction:
- Heat 1/2 tablespoon of oil in a pan and roast the peanut until they are light golden brown.
- Take out the peanut from pan.
- In the same pan, add remaining oil, heat the oil over medium heat.
- Add mustard seeds, when seeds start cracking add asafoetida, curry leaves, green chilli, tomato, salt and turmeric and fry for few seconds.
- Add vermicelli and mix it, add water and cook till water evaporates.
- Keep stirring in between so that it does not stick.
- While serving sprinkle lemon juice, garnish with roasted peanut and cilantro.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup All purpose flour
- 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoon Buttermilk
- 1/3 cup Canola Oil
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon Milk

- 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda

Direction:
- Preheat the oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit(180 degree Celsius).
- First mix food color with 1 tablespoon milk and set aside.
- Take a bowl add butter milk and sugar, mix it well.
- After that add oil, food color and vanilla essence.
- In another bowl mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder.
- Combine both wet and dry ingredients.
- Take a muffin tray for cupcakes. Put molds in the cup cake slots
- Fill around 3/4 of the mold with the batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or check it by inserting a toothpick in center and it should come out clean.

- 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
Direction:
- Take heavy whipping cream in a bowl,add sugar and Whip it till you get soft peaks using hand blender.
- Keep cream refrigerated.

- Preheat oven to 350 deg Fahrenheit(180 deg Celsius).
- In a bowl add butter and condensed milk, mix it with whisk.
- Add baking powder and baking soda and mix it well.
- After that add flour along with water and mix it till there are no lumps.
- In last add chopped strawberry and mix it.
- Take a muffin tray for cupcakes. Put molds in the cup cake slots
- Fill around 3/4 of the mold with the batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or check it by inserting a toothpick in center and it should come out clean.

- 3/4 cup All purpose flour (maida)
- 1/4 cup chopped Walnut
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Canola Oil
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence
Direction:
- Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius and 350 degree Fahrenheit.
- Take a muffin tray, put molds in the cup cake slots.
- Peel the bananas in a bowl, mash it with masher and make a paste.
- Add oil, vanilla essence and sugar into it and mix well.
- In another bowl mix flour, baking powder and baking soda.
- After that make a dent and pour the banana mixture and milk in the dent and mix with whisk.
- After that add chopped walnut, do reserve little for garnishing, fold it gently.
- Fill around 3/4 of the molds with the batter.
- In last sprinkle remaining walnut over it.
- Bake it 20 -25 minutes or until the toothpick inserted and it comes out clean.
Ingredients:
- 1 baguette (1 feet long)
- 8 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Salt (if using unsalted butter)
- 2 cups grated Mozzarella cheese
- 8-9 cloves Garlic make it minced
- 2 Green chilies minced
- 2-3 tablespoon Chilli flakes
- Italian seasoning for garnishing
Direction:
- Pre-heat oven at 180 degree Celsius or 350 degree Fahrenheit.
- Slice the baguette into thick pieces.
- Melt the butter in a pan, when butter melts add minced garlic and green chillies.
- When garlic got a little color, switch down the gas.
- Take slices of bread spread garlic and butter mixture evenly.
- Add grated cheese and chilli flakes.
- Bake in the pre-heated oven for about 5-6 mins until the edges of the bread slices turn crisp and the cheese melts.
- Serve hot and garnish with Italian seasoning.
