Ingredients:
- 1 baguette (1 feet long)
- 8 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Salt (if using unsalted butter)
- 2 cups grated Mozzarella cheese
- 8-9 cloves Garlic make it minced
- 2 Green chilies minced
- 2-3 tablespoon Chilli flakes
- Italian seasoning for garnishing
Direction:
- Pre-heat oven at 180 degree Celsius or 350 degree Fahrenheit.
- Slice the baguette into thick pieces.
- Melt the butter in a pan, when butter melts add minced garlic and green chillies.
- When garlic got a little color, switch down the gas.
- Take slices of bread spread garlic and butter mixture evenly.
- Add grated cheese and chilli flakes.
- Bake in the pre-heated oven for about 5-6 mins until the edges of the bread slices turn crisp and the cheese melts.
- Serve hot and garnish with Italian seasoning.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Chana Dal
- 3/4 cup Dry Coconut powder
- 3 Green Chili chopped
- 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
- 1 medium sized chopped Onion
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
- 2 tablespoon Dry Fenugreek leaves(kasoori methi)
- 2 teaspoon Oil
- Oil for frying
- Salt as per taste
Direction:
- Soak chana dal for at least 2&1/2 hour.
- After that drain all the water from dal,add all the ingredients except oil and mix it well.
- Add dal mixture in a blender Jar and blend it to make smooth paste.
- Add oil in this paste and mix well.
- Take a microwave safe pan. Grease pan with oil from bottom and all sides.
- Put dal paste in the greased pan and evenly set the paste.
- Keep this pan in microwave for 7 minutes.
- Take out the pan from microwave let it cool down for 10-15 minute.
- Take out the dal mixture on a plate.
- Now,cut this dal mixture into square shaped pieces.
- Take oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.
- Once oil is ready,fry the cubes until they turn golden brown from both the sides.
- Serve hot with chutney.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Rajma (Kidney Bean)
- 1 medium sized Potato
- 3 Bread Slices (White,Wheat)
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 2-3 teaspoon Mango powder (amchur powder)
- 2-3 teaspoon Red Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 2 Green chilies chopped
- Oil for frying
- Salt as per taste
Direction:
- Soak rajma for at least 5-6 hours.
- Boil rajma,let it cool down.
- Boil the potato,peel and mash it.
- Put the rajma in wide bowl and mash it with your hands.
- After that add all the ingredients and mix it well.
- Divide the dough in equal portion and make cutlet in any shape.
- Put little oil on pan.Shallow fry them on medium heat,till both sides are crispy.
- Serve hot with any chutney and sauce.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Boiled & Mashed Potato
- 3/4 cup Sprouted Moong Bean
- 1/4 cup Green Chilies chopped
- 1/2 cup Cilantro chopped
- 1/4 cup Besan (Gram flour)
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt (as per taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Oil for shallow fry
Direction:
- Mix all the ingredients well, except oil.
- Wet palm with water,then start making tikki from the mixture.
- Heat the non-stick pan on medium heat and sprinkle little oil on it.
- Put tikki on it and shallow fry until it turns golden brown from both the sides.
- Serve hot with any chutney and sauce.
