Ingredients:
- 6-7 Strawberry
- 2 cup thick Yogurt (curd)
- 3-4 tablespoon Sugar(as per taste)
- Few chopped strawberry for garnishing
Direction:
- Mix all the ingredients except few strawberry and blend it.
- Serve Chilled and garnish with strawberry.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Chopped Mango
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Water
- 5-6 tablespoon Sugar(as per taste)
- 1 teaspoon Cashew-nut chopped (for garnishing)
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Pinch of food color
Direction:
- Mix all the ingredients except cashew-nut and blend it.
- Pour in the glass and garnish with cashew-nut .

Ingredients:
- 1 large mango
- 2 tablespoons chopped mint
- 1 teaspoon cardamom Powder
- 2 cups curd
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed cloves
- 1 tablespoon honey
- sugar as per taste
Directions:
1 Peel and cut the mango in small size and blend it.2 After that add sugar,mint, cardamom, cloves, curd and honey again blend it.
3 Garnish with mint. 4 Serve Chilled !!

- 12 Seedless Dates
- 1&1/4 cup Milk
- 1 cup Vanilla Ice-cream
- 1&1/2 teaspoon Coco Powder
Direction:
- Blend dates and milk in a blender.
- After that add vanilla ice cream and coco powder then blend it again.
- Pour the date shake in glass.
- Sprinkle coco powder on it.
- Serve chilled.
Ingredients:For Cold Coffee
- 1&1/2 teaspoon Instant Coffee
- 1&1/2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 cup Milk
- 3/4 cup Vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2-3 Ice cube
Ingredients:For Garnishing
- 2-3 tablespoon Chocolate melted
- Pinch of Coco Powder
Direction:
- Chill the glass in a freeze.
- Take a blender jar mix coffee,sugar,milk and blend it.
- After that add vanilla ice cream,ice and vanilla extract then blend it again.
- Take out the glass and coat all sides of glass with melted chocolate.
- Pour the cold coffee in it.Sprinkle coco powder on it.
- Serve chilled.
