Ingredients:
- 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz or 400 ml)
- 1 1/4 cup Milk Powder
- 1/4 cup Ghee
- 1 tablespoon slivered Pistachios
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- Melt ghee in a microwave safe bowl. Add condensed milk, milk powder and mix it well.
- Microwave it for 1 minute. Take out the dish from microwave and stir it and again microwave it for another 1 minute.
- Add cardamom powder and mix it well. Let it cool down for 10-12 minute.
- Divide dough in equal parts and roll in round shape like peda.
- Garnish with pistachios.
