Garlic Cheese Bread

Ingredients:
  • 1 baguette (1 feet long)
  • 8 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (if using unsalted butter) 
  • 2 cups grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 8-9 cloves Garlic make it minced
  • 2 Green chilies minced
  • 2-3 tablespoon Chilli flakes
  • Italian seasoning for garnishing
Direction:
  1. Pre-heat oven at 180 degree Celsius or 350 degree Fahrenheit.
  2. Slice the baguette into thick pieces. 
  3. Melt the butter in a pan, when butter melts add minced garlic and green chillies.
  4. When garlic got a little color, switch down the gas.
  5. Take slices of bread spread garlic and butter mixture evenly.
  6. Add grated cheese and chilli flakes.
  7. Bake in the pre-heated oven for about 5-6 mins until the edges of the bread slices turn crisp and the cheese melts. 
  8. Serve hot and garnish with Italian seasoning.

Spinach Alfredo Pizza


Ingredients:For Base
  • 1&1/2 cup All purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt/Curd
  • 1 tablespoon Water
Ingredients:For Alfredo sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry basil 
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • (This will make around 1&1/2 cup sauce)
Ingredients:For Toppings
  • 1/4 cup Spinach chopped
  • 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese
Direction:For Base
  1. Sieve all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt in a bowl. Add oil, mix well.
  2. Add yogurt and mix well.
  3. Add water and start to knead the dough to make it very loose and elastic.
  4. Add lemon juice, mix well with dough.
  5. Cover and leave it to rest in warm place for 2.5 hours.
Direction:For Sauce
  1. Heat butter in a pan, add flour in it & stir it for 1 minute.
  2. After that add milk and continuously stir it, when it starts to thicken add parmesan cheese, red chili flakes, black pepper and dry basil. Mix it well.
  3. When cheese completely melt down switch off the gas.
Direction:For Assembling the pizza
  1. Preheat the oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit (180 degree Celsius)
  2. Cover the baking tray with aluminium foil put little oil on it . 
  3. Keep the dough on flat surface, now sprinkle some dry flour on dough and roll the dough flat in thickness of 1 to 1.5 inches. Fold the ends inside and press it till u get small depthness. 
  4. Place the rolled dough on baking tray.
  5. Prick the base with fork. 
  6. Mix alfredo sauce with spinach and spread the sauce over pizza base, also spread the cheese over it.
  7. Bake for 15- 20 mins or till the base turns golden brown.

Creamy Spinach Spaghetti

Ingredients:For Spaghetti
  • 170 grams Spaghetti or noodles 
  • 1 &1/2  tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Ingredients:For Sauce
  • 3 cups Spinach chopped
  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 2 tablespoons All purpose flour (maida)
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Basil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper 
  • 1-2 tablespoon Red chili flakes (as per taste)
  • 2 teaspoon Salt (as per taste)
Direction:
  1. In a large pan boil 4-5 cups of water, add salt and oil.
  2. When water starts boiling add spaghetti.
  3. Cook the spaghetti for 10-15 minutes or until its soft. Drain out all the water from boiled spaghetti and set aside.
  4. While spaghetti is boiling, heat oil in another pan, add flour, stir it for 1 minute.
  5. After that add dry basil, black pepper, salt and red chili flakes, stir it for another 1 minute.
  6. While stirring continuously, add cream and mix. When it is completely mixed, add milk and boil it.
  7. Add spinach, mix it well and let it cook for 2-3 minutes stirring continuously, switch off the gas. 
  8. Add sauce to boiled spaghetti and add mozzarella cheese, toss it.
  9. Heat it for 1-2 mins, and your creamy spinach spaghetti is ready.

Yeast Free....Sweet Corn Pizza on Stove

Ingredients:For Base
  • 1&1/2 cup All purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt/Curd
  • 1 tablespoon Water
Ingredients:For Toppings
  • 2-3 tablespoon Pizza Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Spring onion chopped
  • 3/4 cup Green Capsicum
  • chopped
  • 3/4 cup Sweet corn boiled
  • 2 medium sized Tomato chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tablespoon Red chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 cup Grated mozzarella cheese or as required to cover the topping
Direction:
  1. Sieve all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt in a bowl. Add oil, mix well.
  2. Add yogurt and mix well.
  3. Add water and start to knead the dough to make it very loose and elastic.
  4. Add lemon juice, mix well with dough.
  5. Cover and leave it to rest in warm place for 2.5 hours.
  6. In the mean time, heat oil, add chopped tomato and fry for 2 minute. After that add green capsicum and fry for another 1 minute.
  7. Add spring onion and fry for another 30 seconds more.
  8. Add both sauces, black pepper and salt mix it well. Switch off the gas.
  9. After 2.5 hour put large and deep skillet pan on gas, on medium heat.
  10. While skillet is heating quickly roll out the pizza dough.
  11. It should be a little smaller than the size of your pan and about 1 to 1.5 inches thick. 
  12. Dust the counter, the dough, and your rolling pin with flour so the dough doesn't stick. 
  13. Now put the pizza base in a pan and close the pan with lid.
  14. Cook on a low flame for 5 to 7 minutes till the base is brown in color and fluffy.
  15. After that flip the pizza base and apply pizza sauce on top. 
  16. Arrange the topping mixture and also add boiled corn on top of topping mixture. Spread it across evenly.
  17. Now cover the pizza with cheese.
  18. Cook it for 8-10 minutes on slow flame till the cheese melts and base turns golden brown in color.
  19. If you want to make pizza crunchy, you can cook it on medium flame for last 1-2 minutes.
  20. Take out the pizza from pan carefully and cut it in slices with a pizza cutter,serve hot.

Yeast Free Pizza

Ingredients:For Base
  • 1&1/4 cup All purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt/Curd
  • 1 tablespoon Water
Ingredients:For toppings
  • 2-3 tablespoon Pizza Sauce
  • 1/2 Onion (cut into thin strips)
  • 1/2 Red Capsicum (cut into thin strips)
  • 1/2 Green Capsicum (cut into thin strips)
  • 1 tablespoon Olives or as required
  • 1/2 cup Grated mozzarella cheese or as required to cover the topping
Direction:
  1. Sieve all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt in a bowl. Add oil, mix well.
  2. Add yogurt and mix well.
  3. Add water and start to knead the dough to make it very loose and elastic.
  4. Add lemon juice, mix well with dough.
  5. Cover and leave it to rest in warm place for 2.5 hours.
  6. Preheat the oven at 350 degree Fahrenheit (180 degree Celsius)
  7. After 2.5 hours, apply some dry flour on dough and roll out into 10" diameter.
  8. Take a pizza tray cover with aluminum foil, grease with oil and put the rolled out dough on baking tray.
  9. Prick with fork, apply pizza sauce,add toppings and cover the pizza with cheese.
  10. Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes or till the base turns golden brown.

Make your pizza on Gas Stove

Ingredients:For Pizza Base
  • 1&1/2 cup All purpose flour (maida)
  • 1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
Ingredients:For the topping 
  • 2-3 tablespoon Pizza Sauce
  • 1/2 Onion (cut into thin strips)
  • 1/2 Red Capsicum (cut into thin strips)
  • 1/2 Green Capsicum (cut into thin strips)
  • 1/4 cup Olives or as required
  • 1/2 cup Grated mozzarella cheese or as required to cover the topping

  2. Now add yeast to the milk solution and mix it well.
  3. Keep aside for 5 minute.
  4. Now add the flour in yeast water and make dough, no need to knead completely just bring it together that is enough. 
  5. Keep it covered in a warm place for 2.5 hours. In between after and an hour check the dough, it should have been raised.
  6. Now again punch it down keep aside for remaining 1.5 hour

Chilli Pepper Hot Macroni

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup Macaroni
  • 2 teaspoon Red chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Black peppercorns crushed
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Kasoori methi
  • 1 tablespoon Red Chilli sauce
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • Salt as per taste
  • Mint leaf for garnishing
Direction:
  1. Heat 2-3 cups of water in a pan, add macaroni,1/2 teaspoon oil, little salt and boil till it is soft enough to eat.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pan,add macaroni,salt,red chili flakes,crushed black peppercorns and add 1/4 cup water.Mix it well.
  3. Add kasoori methi and red chilli sauce mix it well. 
  4. Serve hot and garnish with mint leaf.

Healthy Wheat Pizza

Ingredients:For Pizza Base
  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour (atta)
  • 1/2 cup All purpose flour (maida)
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
Ingredients:For the Tomato Sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped Tomato 
  • 1/4 cup chopped Onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander
  • powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • Salt as per taste
Ingredients:For the topping 
  • 1/2 Onion (cut into thin strips)
  • 1/2 Red Capsicum (cut into thin strips)
  • 1/2 Green Capsicum (cut into thin strips)
  • 1/2 cup Grated mozzarella cheese or as required to cover the topping

  9. Cover the baking tray with aluminium foil put little oil on it . 
  10. Keep the dough on tray, now roll the dough flat in thickness of  1 to 1.5 inches. Fold the ends inside and press it till u get a small depthness.
  11. Prick the base with fork. Spread the sauce on it.
  12. Spread the cheese also over it.
  13. In last arrange the toppings.Preheat the oven for 400 degree Fahrenheit (204 degree Celsius) and bake for 15- 20 mins or till the base turns golden brown.

Homemade Paneer Pizza

Ingredients:For Pizza Base
  • 1&1/2 cup All purpose flour (maida)

  • 1/2 cup Grated mozzarella cheese or as required to cover the topping
Ingredients:For Paneer tikka marinating:
  • 13-15 Small Paneer cubes
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder 
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder 
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder 
  • 1&1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1&1/2 tablespoon Curd 
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Direction:
  1. Boil the water in a bowl and keep aside. Add milk, oil, sugar, salt to boiled water and mix well till sugar dissolves. Now add yeast to the milk solution and mix it well.
  2. Keep aside for 5 minute.Now add the flour in yeast water and make dough no need to knead completely just bring it together that is enough.

  5. After that cut paneer into small cubes add curd, salt, turmeric,red chilli powder, coriander powder , garam masala powder and lemon juice, marinate it for 15 minute.
  6. Cover the baking tray with aluminium foil put little oil on it . 
  7. Keep the dough on tray, now roll the dough flat in thickness of  1 to 1.5 inches. Fold the ends inside and press it till u get a small depthness.
  8. Prick the base with fork. Spread the sauce on it.
  9. Arrange the paneer, capsicum and onion toppings on base. Then sprinkle cheese till it covers topping. 
  10. Preheat the oven for 400 degree Fahrenheit (204 degree Celsius) and bake for 15- 20 mins or till the base turns golden brown.

Note:If dough is not come together then use some more milk to bind it together.

Hung Curd Tiramisu

Ingredients:
  • 1 Eggless Sponge cake,6 inch or Vanilla cake
  • 1&1/4 cup Cold Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Custard powder
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Hang curd
  • 1/2 cup Whipping Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Instant coffee powder
  • 1 cup Water
Direction:
  1. Slice the cake horizontally into three slices. 
  2. Mix custard powder in 1/4 cup cold milk. 
  3. Boil the remaining milk in a pan, add the custard powder mixture, keep stirring continuously, till it begins to thicken. 
  4. Now add sugar and stir till it dissolves. Set aside to cool.
  5. Heat water in a another pan. Add coffee powder and mix. Set aside to cool.
  6. Add hung curd to the cooled custard and mix. Add whipping cream and mix well.
  7. Place the base slice of the cake in a glass bowl. Pour some of the coffee water over it and let it soak well. Spread some of the custard mixture all over it. Soak the remaining cake slices in the remaining coffee water.
  8. Place another cake slice over the one in the bowl and spread some of the custard mixture all over it.
  9. Cover it with the third cake slice. Pour the remaining custard mixture over it and spread it over the top and sides.
  10. Keep it in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours. 
  11. Serve chilled.

Yummy Yummy Mango Mousse


Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Mango Puree+1 tablespoon
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1&1/2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
Direction:
  1. Take heavy whipping cream in a bowl. Whip it till you get soft peaks using hand blender.
  2. Keep 1/2 tablespoon of whipped cream aside in refrigerator,for decoration. 
  3. After that mix mango puree and sugar in whipped cream and again beat it for 30-40 seconds. 
  4. Then divide it in individual serving bowl. 
  5. Keep in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  6. Garnish with remaining whipped cream and served chilled

Spaghetti In Chunky Tomato Sauce


Ingredients:
  • 200 Grams Whole wheat spaghetti (Boiled)
  • 1/2 cup Green Beans chopped
  • 1 cup chopped Carrot (Boiled)
  • 2 Green chilies chopped
  • 4 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup chopped Tomato
  • 1&1/2 cup chopped Onion
  • 1&1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper powder
  • Salt as per taste
Direction:
  1. Heat oil in a pan ,add onion and saute till onion becomes golden in color.
  2. Add tomatoes,green chilies, tomato ketchup,soy sauce,salt, red chili powder and black pepper powder and mix it well.
  3. Cook it for 3-4 minute.Add 3 tablespoon of water and mix it.
  4. After that add french beans, boiled carrots,boiled spaghetti and coriander leaves and cook for 3-4 minute.
  5. Serve hot.

Quick Chocolate Mousse without Gelatin


Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate chips/bar
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract/Vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
Direction:
  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in microwave safe bowl for 1 minute and 30 seconds.Let it cool down completely.
  2. Take heavy whipping cream in a bowl. Whip it till you get soft peaks using hand blender.
  3. Add vanilla extract and mix it well.
  4. Keep 1 tablespoon of whipped cream aside in refrigerator,for decoration,. 
  5. After that when chocolate completely cools down,add 2 tablespoon whipped cream and fold it gently.
  6. Add another 2 tablespoon of whipped cream to it and again fold it gently. 
  7. Then add remaining whipped cream and fold gently.
  8. Then divide it in individual serving bowl. 
  9. Keep in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  10. Garnish with remaining whipped cream and served chilled
Note: Add extra 1/2 tablespoon powdered sugar in whipped cream. If you like more sweet.
