Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate chips/bar
- 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract/Vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- Melt the chocolate and butter in microwave safe bowl for 1 minute and 30 seconds.Let it cool down completely.
- Take heavy whipping cream in a bowl. Whip it till you get soft peaks using hand blender.
- Add vanilla extract and mix it well.
- Keep 1 tablespoon of whipped cream aside in refrigerator,for decoration,.
- After that when chocolate completely cools down,add 2 tablespoon whipped cream and fold it gently.
- Add another 2 tablespoon of whipped cream to it and again fold it gently.
- Then add remaining whipped cream and fold gently.
- Then divide it in individual serving bowl.
- Keep in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- Garnish with remaining whipped cream and served chilled
Note: Add extra 1/2 tablespoon powdered sugar in whipped cream. If you like more sweet.
