Eggless Dry Fruit Cake



Ingredients
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter ( melted)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cashew-nut +1 tablespoon
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped almond+1 tablespoon
  • 1/4 cup pistachios +1 tablespoon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Direction:
  1. Grease a 8 inch baking tray with butter, dust it with some flour evenly spread one table spoon of chopped cashew-nuts almond and pistachios
  2. Take a bowl mix butter and condensed with the help of hand blender at low speed till it turns creamy.
  3. Take a another bowl sieve all purpose flour,baking powder and baking soda.
  4. After that add dry ingredients in butter mixture in small quantity with small quantity of milk & mix it well at low speed.
  5. Add vanilla extract in above batter mix it well at low speed.
  6. Add cashew-nut,almond,raisins and pistachios, mix it.
  7. Pour the batter in grease tray and bake it at 350 DEGREES Fahrenheit and in Celsius 180 degree.
  8. Bake the cake for at least 20-25 minute or until toothpick test is pass.
