Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter ( melted)
- 1/4 cup chopped cashew-nut +1 tablespoon
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped almond+1 tablespoon
- 1/4 cup pistachios +1 tablespoon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Direction:
- Grease a 8 inch baking tray with butter, dust it with some flour evenly spread one table spoon of chopped cashew-nuts almond and pistachios.
- Take a bowl mix butter and condensed with the help of hand blender at low speed till it turns creamy.
- Take a another bowl sieve all purpose flour,baking powder and baking soda.
- After that add dry ingredients in butter mixture in small quantity with small quantity of milk & mix it well at low speed.
- Add vanilla extract in above batter mix it well at low speed.
- Add cashew-nut,almond,raisins and pistachios, mix it.
- Pour the batter in grease tray and bake it at 350 DEGREES Fahrenheit and in Celsius 180 degree.
- Bake the cake for at least 20-25 minute or until toothpick test is pass.
