- 1 cup semolina (sooji)
- 1 cup mango pulp
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoon almonds & pistachios
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- some strands of saffron
Method:
- Mix semolina , butter, baking powder, sugar, cardamom and nuts.
- After that add mango pulp and saffron.
- Sit for at least 10 minute.
- Pour in baking tray and cook for about 25-30 mts or until toothpick test is pass.
