Ingredients:

- 5 cups Milk
- 4-5 tablespoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Saffron
- 2 tablespoon chopped (almonds&pistachios)
- 1/2 cup Apple chopped
- 1/2 cup Banana chopped
- 1/2 cup Pomegranate
Direction:
- Boil the milk on medium flame. Keep stirring till it reduces to half.
- Take 2 tbsp of warm milk, add saffron strands and crush it well.
- Add the saffron milk to the boiling milk and keep stirring. Then add the sugar, cardamom powder and keep stirring.
- Once the rabri is thick switch it off and cool down at room temperature and refrigerate it.
- At the time of serving add chopped fruits and mix it.
- Served chilled.
