Ingredients:
- 4 Ripe mangoes
- 3 cup Fresh cream
- Sugar as per taste
- Pistachios and Saffron for garnishing
Method:
- Slice mango in medium pieces.
- Mix it well with fresh cream. If cream is very thick we can also add small amount of milk to dilute it.
- Add sugar as per taste.
- Garnish it with pistachio and saffron
- Serve chilled
