Ingredients:
- 2 cups boiled potatoes
- 1 cup boiled peas
- 1/2 cup carrot boiled
- 2 tablespoon ginger paste
- 2 tsp green chilli paste
- 1 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 cup besan
- Oil for fry
- Salt as per taste
- Chaat masala as per taste
Method
- Mash potatoes, peas, carrot
- Mix potatoes, peas, carrot, ginger,green chili,cilantro,salt,chaat masala and besan.
- Make a small ball, and then press it between your palm to make it flat.
- Fry until it turns light golden brown.
