- 2 cup shredded Coconut
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
- Almonds for garnishing
Method:
- Heat a pan, add the coconut shreds and fry for 2-3 minute.
- Now in a separate bowl, boil water.
- When the water boils, add the sugar .
- Boil sugar till it turns to a 2 thread syrup.
- Add the fried coconut shreds to it.
- Mix it well.
- Now add the ghee and cardamom powder.
- Grease the tray and spread the coconut mixture on it and cool down.,
- After that cut into small square pieces.
- Garnish with almonds.
