Coconut Burfi

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup shredded Coconut
  • 1 cup Sugar 
  • 1 cup Water 
  • 1 tbsp Ghee 
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • Almonds for garnishing
Method:
  1. Heat a pan, add the coconut shreds and fry for 2-3 minute.
  2. Now in a separate bowl, boil water.
  3. When the water boils, add the sugar .
  4. Boil sugar till it turns to a 2 thread syrup.
  5. Add the fried coconut shreds to it.
  6. Mix it well.
  7. Now add the ghee and cardamom powder.
  8. Grease the tray and spread the coconut mixture on it and cool down.,
  9. After that cut into small square pieces.
  10. Garnish with almonds.
