- 2 & 1/2 cup curd
- 1 mango large size
- sugar as per taste
- cardamom powder
- sliced almond & pisctachioes
- few saffron strands
- 1 tbsp rose water
- Pour the curd in a muslin cloth and tie it up. Hang the curd for 6-7 hours.
- Take out the curd in a bowl.
- Peel and cut the mango for making pulp.
- Add mango pulp,sugar, cardamom, rose water in curd.
- Mix it well.
- Put saffron strands and mix well.
- Granish with almond and pisctachioes.
Mango Shreekhand is ready. Serve Chilled !!
