Cool Cool Mango Srikhand

Ingredients:
  • 2 & 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 mango large size
  • sugar as per taste
  • cardamom powder
  • sliced almond & pisctachioes
  • few saffron strands
  • 1 tbsp rose water
Direction:
  1. Pour the curd in a muslin cloth and tie it up. Hang the curd for 6-7 hours.
  2. Take out the curd in a bowl. 
  3. Peel and cut the mango for making pulp. 
  4. Add mango pulp,sugar, cardamom, rose water in curd.
  5. Mix it well.
  6. Put saffron strands and mix well.
  7. Granish with almond and pisctachioes.

Mango Shreekhand is ready. Serve Chilled !!
