Ingredients:
- 2 cup Grated Lauki (bottle gourd)
- 3&1/2 cup Milk
- 1&1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Ghee
- 2 tablespoon sliced almonds & pistachioes
- Few strands of saffron
- Cardamom Powder
Directions:
- Heat ghee in a nonstick pan, add grated lauki and fry for 4-5 mts at medium heat.
- After that add milk and boil till all the milk everporate.
- Add sugar and keep stirring so that the halwa don't stick to the pan.
- (Note: Sugar will release some water, keep stirring it till the water completely evopartes.)
- Garnish with saffron, almonds n pisatachios
