Ingredients:
- 2 cup Grated Mawa
- 2 cup Powder Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Cardamom Powder
- 2-3 Tablespoon Ghee
- 2-3 Tablespoon Milk as needed
- 1/2 cup Castor Sugar
- Garnishing Almond & Pistachios
Directions:
- Take Mawa in a frying pan and heat for 5 mins so that it comes to room temperature.
- Add ghee and fry the mawa at low heat till it turns golden brown ( it might take around 30 minutes)
- While frying mawa, if you feel mawa is getting very dry add some milk
- Wait for 10 mins and after that add sugar and mix it well.
- Make peda out of this, and roll them in castor sugar.
- Garnish with almond & pistachios
