Ingredients:
- 1&1/2 cup Sooji
- 3 cup Hot Water
- 1 Onion chopped
- 3 Green Chilies chopped
- 2 Curry Leaves
- 1/4 cup Peanuts
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
- Oil
Method:
- Roast sooji till it gets light golden color.
- Heat up oil in a pan, add peanuts and fry till it gets brown color.
- Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Curry leaves, onions and cook for 10-12 mts.
- Add green chilies, turmeric powder, sooji and hot water slowly.
- Add some salt and cook for 5 mts.
