Baked Bread Roll


Ingredients:
  • 8 Bread slice (Wheat or White)
  • 2 cup Mashed Potato
  • 1/2 cup Peas
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Red Chili powder
  • 1&1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 2 teaspoon Salt (as per taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1&1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 Green Chilies chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
Direction:
  1. Preheat the oven for 5 minute at 350 degree Fahrenheit.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, mustard seeds.
  3. When cumin seeds starts cracking, add green chili and fry for 1 minute.
  4. After that add green peas,turmeric powder and salt and fry for another 1 minute.
  5. Add mashed potato,red chili powder,garam masala and lemon juice.Mix it well.
  6. Fry the mixture on medium heat for 2 minute.Turn off the heat.
  7. Take out the edges of the bread with the help of knife.
  8. Roll the bread slice sightly with the help of rolling pin or chapati roller.
  9. Then add 1&1/2 tablespoon stuffing in between and seal it completely on all the sides.
  10. Apply ghee on all the sides on bread roll. 
  11. Put the bread roll in preheated oven, bake it for 5-7 minutes
  12. Now turn the bread roll to other side and bake it again for 5-7 minutes
  13. Make sure that bread roll has turned golden brown from all sides, otherwise bake it for some more time.
  14. Serve hot with any chutney and sauce.
