Eggless Dates n Walnut Cake


Ingredients:
  • 1 cup All purpose flour (maida)
  • 22 seedless Dates
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 2 tablespoon chopped Walnut
Direction:
  1. Preheat the oven for 5 minute before batter is ready.
  2. Grease the 8 inch baking tray or bundt pan with oil and dust with some flour.
  3. Soak the dates in 1/2 cup milk for 10 minute. After that grind the dates with the milk to make a paste of it.
  4. In a bowl add sugar,oil and rest of the milk, mix it well till sugar dissolve.
  5. After that add dates paste and mix it well.
  6. In a another bowl sieve all purpose flour and add baking soda in it and mix it well.
  7. Now mix both wet and dry ingredients.
  8. Add chopped nuts and mix everything well.
  9. Bake the cake for 25-30 minute or until toothpick test is passed.
