Ingredients:
- 1 cup Peanut
- 3/4 cup Jaggery (gur)
- 1 tablespoon Ghee
- Roast the peanut at low flame.
- When peanut cool down remove the skin and break down into two pieces.
- After that put ghee in a pan and melt it.
- Then add jaggery and melt it on low heat.
- When jaggery melts down then add roasted peanut and mix it well for 1-2 minute at low heat.
- Turn off the heat and start making ladoo from,before material was cool down.
