Ingredients:
- 2 cup Boiled,Mashed Potato
- 1/2 cup Singhada flour
- 3 Green chilies Chopped
- 1 cup cilantro chopped
- 2-3 tablespoon Raisins
- 2 cup Curd
- Rock Salt as per taste (Sendha Namak)
- Oil for fry
- Cumin Powder,Red chili powder for Garnishing
Directions:
- Mix mash potato, flour,green chilies,salt,cilantro and raisin and make a dough.
- After that take a pan, heat the oil at medium heat.
- Take small amount mixture from dough and make a round flat ball.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
- Stir the curd and put some salt in this.
- Dip the vada in the curd, garnish with cumin powder and red chili powder.
- Serve Chilled.
