- 2 cup Coriander Powder (dhaniya)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup ghee
- 1 cup coconut shredded
- 3 tablespoon chopped almonds
Directions:
- Take a heavy bottom pan, put 3 tablespoon ghee and fry the coconut shredded in for 1-2 minute at low heat.
- Take the fried coconut out from the pan.
- In the same pan put remaining ghee and fry coriander powder at low heat until it gives sweet smell.
- After that cool down the mixture.
- When its completely cooled down add sugar,fried coconut and almonds.
- Mix it well. Garnish with some shredded coconut.
