- 8 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- lemon juice (for making paneer)
- sliced almonds or pistachio for garnishing
Directions:
Making Paneer:
- Boil 4 cups of milk in a heavy bottomed pan.
- Add the lemon juice gradually and stir the milk gently.
- Take out paneer with the help of muslin cloth.
- Rinse under cold water to take out the sour of lemon.Take out the excess water.
- Boil remaining 4 cups of the milk in a pan until the milk reduces to about two cups.
- Add the paneer in the milk and form a soft dough.
- Add the sugar and continue to cook while it become a soft lump.
- Pour it over greased plate and garnish it with pistachio and almonds.
