For Cake:
- 3&1/2 cup All purpose flour (Maida)
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter
- 2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 4 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 6 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon grated Lemon skin
- 2&1/2 cup curd
- 1&1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
For Sugar Icing:
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
These ingredients are good for 10 inch Bundt pan cake tray.
Directions:-
Directions for baking the cake:
- Take a bowl and sieve all purpose flour,baking soda and baking powder.
- Take a another bowl mix the butter,sugar and curd, blend it with the help of blender at low speed till it turns creamy.
- After that add small-small amount of dry ingredients and blend them at low speed.
- When the mixture have no lump add lemon juice,grated lemon and vanilla extract and mix it well.
- Grease the baking pan with the help of butter.
- Pour the mixture in the baking pan.
- Bake it at 350.F for 25-30 mts or until toothpick test is passed.
- Mix lemon juice and sugar
- Fill it in a zip-lock bag and make a cone.
- Cut the end of the cone to drizzle the icing over cake
