Ingredients:
- 1 cup Semolina (Sooji)
- 1 cup Curd
- 4 slices Bread (White/Whole Wheat)
- 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
- 4 tablespoon Green Chilies chopped
- 1/4 cup Grated Carrot
- 1/4 cup Boiled Peas
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1&1/2 teaspoon Salt (as per taste)
- 2-3 tablespoon water
- Ghee for roasts
- Cut the bread slices in the diagonal shape and set aside.
- In a bowl mix everything together except ghee to make a thick batter with the use of water.
- Dip the bread slice in a batter and coat with both the sides.
- Heat a non stick tawa put ghee on it and place the bread slice on it.
- Cook from both sides until they are golden brown & crispy.
Note: We can also deep fry instead of roasting it.
