Semolina French Toast


Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Semolina (Sooji)
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 4 slices Bread (White/Whole Wheat)
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 4 tablespoon Green Chilies chopped
  • 1/4 cup Grated Carrot
  • 1/4 cup Boiled Peas
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1&1/2 teaspoon Salt (as per taste)
  • 2-3 tablespoon water 
  • Ghee for roasts
Direction:
  1. Cut the bread slices in the diagonal shape and set aside.
  2. In a bowl mix everything together except ghee to make a thick batter with the use of water.
  3. Dip the bread slice in a batter and coat with both the sides.
  4. Heat a non stick tawa put ghee on it and place the bread slice on it.
  5. Cook from both sides until they are golden brown & crispy.
Note: We can also deep fry instead of roasting it.
