Steamed Pineapple Tutti frutti Cake

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup All purpose flour (maida)
  • 1/4 cup+1 tablespoon Condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup+1 tablespoon Pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Pineapple
  • 1/2+1/8 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Tutti frutti
  • Aluminum foil for cover
Direction:
  1. Grease 6" baking pan with butter.
  2. Sieve flour,baking powder and baking soda together and mix it well.
  3. Make a whole and add condensed milk,pineapple juice,butter,crushed pineapple and tutti frutti,mix it well until there are no lumps.
  4. Pour the batter in greased pan and cover with aluminum foil.
  5. Put pan in the steamer and cover with lid, steam the cake about 50-55 minute or until toothpick test is passed.

Note: Do not open the lid till 30 mts of cooking time. To check if cake is done, you can open the lid after 30 mts and insert a toothpick
