Ingredients:
- 1 Eggless Sponge cake,6 inch or Vanilla cake
- 1&1/4 cup Cold Milk
- 2 tablespoon Custard powder
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- Any fruits of your choice
- Some Tutti frutti
- Serving glass of your choice
- Slice the cake horizontally into 3 slices.
- Mix custard powder in 1/4 cup cold milk.
- Boil the remaining milk in a pan, add the custard powder mixture, keep stirring continuously, till it begins to thicken.
- Now add sugar and stir till it dissolves. Set aside to cool.
- Place the base slice of the cake in a glass bowl.Spread some of the custard mixture all over it.
- After that spread some fruits and tutti frutti over it.
- Like this repeat the process for 2 layers.Garnish with cherry.
- Keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hour.
