For Brownie-
- 1&1/4 cup All purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate (Melted)
- 1 Can Condensed Milk ( 1 can equal to 400 grams)
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 2 tablespoon Chopped almond
- 2 tablespoon Chocolate Chips (optional)
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup coco powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Take a bowl, sieve all purpose flour,baking powder and baking soda. Mix it well.
- Take a another bowl mix the butter and condensed milk with hand blender at low speed until its creamy.
- After that add chocolate, vanilla extract in creamy batter and mix it well.
- After that add small-small amount of dry ingredients in creamy batter.
- Also add small amt of milk with dry ingredients to mix it well.
- Add chocolate chips and almonds.
- Grease the 8 inch square baking pan.
- Pour the batter in baking pan.
- Bake it 350 f for 30-35 mts or until toothpick test is pass.
- Garnish with chocolate syrup.
Directions for Chocolate syrup:
- Mix coco powder, water and boil it till coco powder completely dissolves
- Add sugar, vanilla extract into this mixture and boil it for 3-4 more minutes.
