- 1 cup Semolina (sooji)
- 1 cup Curd
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 Green Chilies chopped
- 1 Cucumber chopped
- 2 teaspoon Black pepper crushed
- 1/4 cup Kasoori methi
- 2 tablespoon Water
- 2 teaspoon Salt (as per taste)
- Oil for fry
Direction:
- Mix semolina and curd,with the use of water make smooth batter like a dosa batter.
- Add salt,black pepper and kasoori methi and mix it well. Let it sit for 30 minute.
- In another bowl mix onion, green chilies and cucumber.
- Heat a non-stick pan or tawa, drop 1/2 teaspoon oil on it.
- Pour a ladle of batter on it in a round circle. Put 1 teaspoon oil in the sides of pancake.
- Sprinkle onion mixture on it,and cook until turns golden brown from back side.
- After that flip it another side and cook it another side for 1 minute.
- Served hot with sauce and chutney.
