Ingredients:
- 1 cup Basmati Rice (Long Grain Rice)
- 1.5 cup Tomato Puree
- 2 Bay-leaf
- 2 Cloves
- 2 tablespoon Red chili sauce
- 2 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
- 2 Green Chili chopped
- 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
- 3/4 cup Water
- Salt as per taste
- Soak the rice in water for 10 minute,and drain the water out.
- Heat the oil in a pan put cumin seeds,when cumin seeds cracks add bayleaf and cloves.
- After that add ginger paste and green chili fry for 20-30 seconds.
- Add drained rice and fry it for 1 minute.
- Add tomato puree,salt and water mix it well.
- When the rice is half done,add both sauce and mix it well.
- Cook till rice is done.
